St. Mary's Hospital recognizes that continuing education and training of hospital staff improves the quality of patient care, while enabling our colleagues to grow both personally and professionally. That's why we are pleased to offer a variety of programs that help our team members gain valuable knowledge and new skills, including:

• Many on-site training and re-certification opportunities through computer-based learning modules.
• CPR Certified Training classes, internally for our colleagues, and externally for the general public.
• "Bridging the Gap" program, which enhances learning for our new nurses once they have completed initial orientation.
• Tuition reimbursement providing for reimbursement of 100% of tuition cost, up to a maximum amount per annum. Eligible colleagues must request reimbursement prior to the beginning of the semester.
